About Men, Machines and Dreams

(2009)

The planning and construction of the BC-10 Rig was of epic proportions. It was the first time Shell Brazil had the opportunity to work on oil production offshore in the country. Stakes were high and logistics involved pieces of machinery coming from all parts of the world to be assembled in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. Scenes were shot in the USA, Singapore, Europe, Brazil, and at the FPSO Espírito Santo, 130km offshore Brazil. (1×30′)
